I have been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1991, having been initially trained by Shoshana Kaminitz and then had continuing professional development lessons with Peter Ribeaux.
I love learning and passing on every new tidbit. I join Rika Cohen in Germany twice a year, Spring and Autumn, for 4 days in intensive workshops with other good teachers: it is a privilege and a wonder to work at that intensity and fire up the body and brain to new heights. My other main interests are the English language, theatre and history.
I've done a fair bit of travelling, have lived in Australia and in Spain, worked as a legal secretary and at waitressing in younger years, and was the moving force behind the successful founding of a housing co-operative which is still going strong, albeit that most tenants are now owners! And then I discovered the Alexander Technique.
